Missed connections
A customer calls while you're working. An inquiry waits. A good opportunity can go unanswered.
Practical AI assistance for businesses and families.
MOAVE uses AI-powered assistants to help businesses answer calls, coordinate appointments, and follow up with customers. We’re also developing Sophia for Families to simplify schedules, reminders, and everyday planning.
Better tools should make the day feel lighter. We start with everyday problems instead of unnecessary technology.
A customer calls while you're working. An inquiry waits. A good opportunity can go unanswered.
Appointments, reminders, follow-ups and to-dos end up across too many places.
The daily coordination consumes the time you would rather spend doing your work or being with family.
MOAVE brings the same simple philosophy to two different kinds of everyday coordination.
Answer customer calls, capture service requests, coordinate appointments, and keep the next action moving. Start with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive, wellness or another service business.

Alex Perez · The MOAVE Group
Kyle, Texas
The Moave Group did not begin with software. It began with a challenge I experienced myself.
I spent 16 years in produce distribution, starting on the warehouse floor and growing into operations leadership. I learned how to keep people, processes, and a busy operation moving together. I also saw how much can go wrong when the next step depends on someone remembering it.
Later, working in sales and technical service with one of the leading home security companies, I experienced that challenge in a much more personal way. I was doing the technical work, knocking doors, acquiring new customers, and trying to keep up with the people I had already met.
Building relationships came naturally to me. Keeping every conversation, promise, and follow-up organized was harder. I could have a good conversation with an interested customer and still let the opportunity go cold because the day filled up and I didn’t get back to them.
You can be very good at the work and still struggle with the systems around the work.
I saw the same challenge in contractors, property managers, repair shops, independent salespeople, and owner-operators. There are work orders to finish, payments to collect, people to coordinate, and customers to keep informed. Those responsibilities compete for the same time and attention.
Moave grew out of a desire to close that gap. We build simple systems around capable people, so organization and consistent follow-up support the work they already do well. We stay involved to help keep those systems useful, with relationships at the center.
“Good people should not lose good opportunities because everything depends on memory.”
