Clear responsibilities. Consistent follow-through.

Keep your business moving. Know what’s pending and who’s on it.

Running a business means keeping up with unfinished work, unpaid invoices, customer updates, and people waiting on answers. Moave helps make the next steps clear, assign responsibility, and monitor progress, so you don’t have to personally chase every detail.

Pending work

Know what needs attention.

People

Know who’s responsible.

Next steps

Keep the work moving.

Support

Have someone keeping an eye on it.

Too much to remember

Does this sound familiar?

The work isn’t always finished when the call ends. An invoice needs checking, a contractor needs an answer, a customer needs an update, or a job is waiting on someone else.

Follow-up is where the money is. Jobs waiting to be finished, unpaid invoices, and unanswered quotes all have a cost. We help keep the next steps moving.

  • The work order is still open. Who’s waiting on whom?
  • The job is done, but the invoice hasn’t been paid.
  • The homeowner and contractor both need an update.
  • My team keeps asking what happens next.
  • I sent the quote but never checked back.

Our approach

One problem. A useful next step.

You don’t need a whole-business review to get help with follow-up.

Talk

Start with a brief, no-cost conversation with Alex about what gets missed. There’s no commitment to a package.

2

Set up

Agree on one process, responsibilities, and a written price. If the problem needs a closer look, a paid review gives you recommendations you can use on your own.

3

Keep it working

With ongoing support, we review overdue items and exceptions on an agreed schedule, help resolve problems in the setup, and keep the next steps clear.

What Moave helps you manage

From an open request
to a clear next step.

An illustrative work-order example. The same approach can support customer updates, invoice follow-up, or unanswered quotes.

  1. 1

    Capture the request

A homeowner reports a repair. The request, property details, and conversation stay together.

  2. 2

    Assign the next step

The property manager owns the follow-up. The contractor’s response and the next check-in are recorded.

  3. 3

    See what’s waiting

If the contractor hasn’t replied, the item stays visible for review. The manager knows who needs an answer.

  4. 4

    Confirm completion

The repair is confirmed, the homeowner is updated, and the outcome is recorded before the item is closed.

Moave organizes the process and monitors the agreed follow-up. Your team carries out the work and makes the decisions. Before setup, we agree what will be captured, who acts, when items are reviewed, and what needs your approval.

Built From a Challenge I Knew Personally

The Moave Group did not begin with software. It began with a challenge I experienced myself.

I spent 16 years in produce distribution, starting on the warehouse floor and growing into operations leadership. I learned how to keep people, processes, and a busy operation moving together. I also saw how much can go wrong when the next step depends on someone remembering it.

Later, working in sales and technical service with one of the leading home security companies, I experienced that challenge in a much more personal way. I was doing the technical work, knocking doors, acquiring new customers, and trying to keep up with the people I had already met.

Building relationships came naturally to me. Keeping every conversation, promise, and follow-up organized was harder. I could have a good conversation with an interested customer and still let the opportunity go cold because the day filled up and I didn’t get back to them.

You can be very good at the work and still struggle with the systems around the work.

I saw the same challenge in contractors, property managers, repair shops, independent salespeople, and owner-operators. There are work orders to finish, payments to collect, people to coordinate, and customers to keep informed. Those responsibilities compete for the same time and attention.

Moave grew out of a desire to close that gap. We build simple systems around capable people, so organization and consistent follow-up support the work they already do well. We stay involved to help keep those systems useful, with relationships at the center.

“Good people should not lose good opportunities because everything depends on memory.”
